Finally revive!

My house under renovation.
Everything as per normal.

Work, nothing fascinating.
Neither do i like nor dislike wad i am doing.
Was working on 8 Nov 08.
When Uncle keith speaks to me:"When do you wanna attached to my class?
to see how the difficult the different learning level of his children."
When he said that, i felt sarcasm.
To be very frank, when i placed the children to the class, i have no idea
the progress of the children. wHY PUT the blame on me?
If he cant teach, then say so ..
He said it infront of Uncle Shane, but what Shane did was just laughing away.

I hate my work worst, is to face teachers like them !
My location in charge, shane, are like those ppl who talk big but no action those kind of guy.

Times i question myself why am i still staying? when i feels i m not happy.
Facing them i just dread to work.

From the day, Uncle Alvin said to me:"you cant even get your job done, you are so incapable." it hits me .. but it got numb after that.
cz he said that to everyone.

In a small company .. there is still politics .. i bet the bigger organisation will be worst.
